Instrument illustrations

For the piano illustration I based it on a birds eye view of a grand piano.

Whilst illustrating, I had a problem with the curve of the piano. It wasn't as smooth as I had hoped it to be but it's something I can go back and mend later.

For the drum, I had two ideas.

I first tried a classic snare drum. But it didn't quite work out so I went for more of a bass drum used in modern drum kits.

When designing the drum, I simplified the bass drum in icon form.
