Owl ticket research

For the opening night of Owl Records, I'm going to design some tickets.
SO...I've been researching into different styles of tickets and picking out which style is most relevant.

This set of tickets are ones found in a raffle but are beautiful and very distinctive for a time period.
My tickets may not look exactly like the ones below but I do think the strong use of type will definitely be an element.

The tickets below are a brilliant example of modern tickets with a traditional influence. Again, these are ones found at raffles or tickets won at an arcade but I still think I could apply some of the same elements to my own.
